Pros

The people are nice overall

Cons

The team leader was not a good leader, didn't really train us very well. Not all team leaders are like this (some are really good), but mine wasn't. Because there wasn't much training and they just threw us into it, there was a lot of stuff I didn't know how to react to. I would questions and receive answers, but often times these answers didn't come with great explanations that actually helped me to understand what was happening so that I could learn for the future. As a result, I would end up asking the same questions over and over.

Pros

Great people to work with overall, everyone is always willing to help when you have questions and concerns. If you show great attitude and effort and willingness to keep learning and improving you will continue to do well. Also there is always something to do that can keep you busy and learning about the industry and the company. Very knowledgeable managers as well that have been with the company for 5+ years and know answers to many questions overall.

Cons

Company goes through many changes constantly so you have to be able to adapt quickly and make sure you are on top of all of your responsibilities. Usually there is not much time assigned to training per say as managers and supervisors are usually swamped with work as well. The good is that overall there are great managers and very knowledgeable but it's hard to go thoroughly to fully understand processes unless you stay longer hours to apply yourself and learn them. Also overall, the hours are pretty long at least in the Administrative & Finance department and there are many IT issues that can drag on and on and prolong fixing issues.
