Challenging goals: the company is very ambitious and sets high standards for its employees. Data driven: all decisions and opinions need to be based on quantitative information. Mostly meritocratic: employees that work hard and deliver results are rewarded. Purpose and good values: HSE is always first and the company takes good care of its employees. Continuously improving.
Cons
Somewhat aggressive environment: people tend to discuss in aggressive terms, not listening to each other, voices are raised during meetings often needlessly. Politics: often times the logic of its internal politics is difficult to understand and adapt.
