Good pay Great benefits Scheduling vacation is easy Monthly bonuses Good entry level positions Little experience is needed as the company trains

Little to no notice when needed to work overtime Unprofessional atmosphere Lack direction from supervisors High workload without enough personnel Frequently given duties outside realm of responsibility Management tends to talk down to employees Facilities are subpar Equipment is old Lack of standardized training

Pros

The pay is great and medical benefits are fantastic. If you are looking for a company to start low and quickly move up, Tenaris is good for that.

Cons

Expatriates do not know how to manage American employees. Work hours are long and employees are expected to give up every aspect of their personal life for the needs of the business.

Global Presence, rotational program for Global Trainees so you are exposed to different departments, huge emphasis on training (4 weeks in Argentina for TUIC), 70% of manager & directors started with Tenaris out of college

Cons

Need to be open to a multi-cultural environment; need to be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
