      Global leader Superior products Clients have favorable opinion of Tenaris New investments being made to upgrade mills in the US

      Cons

      Departments are extremely flat and lean Work very long hours due to lack of support and under-staffed teams Many promtions are given to ex-pats from Argentina, Mexico or Italy Lots of turnover Most leaders in the US are ex-pats who come across arrogant, entitled and treat employees with very little respect

      Pros

      If you are commited with the company and understand the comporate aspect of this big company, you can grow and will be recognized for it

      Cons

      To make each region more strong, starts a process to hire local people for high position, the transition is not working well with IT area a least since who was hire does not understand or don't want to understand how company works.
