      Pros

      This company is very fair to work for. There are constant opportunities for growth and career development and the targets/quotas are set attainable. Upper management will work with you if you are not hitting goals and the job allows for flexibility when you are reaching your targets. It feels rewarding to work for this company since they seem to treat all employees with respect and compassion.

      Cons

      RN staffing can be challenging in certain areas which affects sales relationships with referral sources.

      Pros

      I started as per diem with Tender Home Health in February 2020. Then I became part time and now I am a full time Lead RN. I never expected myself to be a supervisor. This company sees traits in me that I have never seen before and that’s very empowering. I really enjoy working with this agency. Growing with Tender has been so rewarding and exciting. I have learned so many skills while working here. Despite typical occasional issues that happen, (but doesn’t that happen with all jobs?), the team is awesome and we all work great together. I truly enjoy working with everyone at this company. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.

      Cons

      I really can’t think of anything that’s negative about Tender. We always overcome any issue or dilema that we encounter.

      Pros

      Tender Home Health is a great company to work for. They listen to their employees, communicate well and treat the employees like family. Management takes the time to get to know everyone which can be challenging in a job like home health. I always have felt that if I have an concerns, or suggestions that there is someone there I can talk to. Also working in the field there is always someone I can call if I have a question while I am with a patient.

      Cons

      Every company has small issues but I have always felt that any issues that arise I can go to management and they will listen and work with me to solve the problem
