They will also be at your side to guide you to be the best employee. *Environment - It was so healthy that you can't leave. They value your feelings and your work as long as it is in the scope of the right work ethic. *Stability - You can stay as much as you want as long as you do your best on the work that is being provided to you. They give you're-trainings to better your work when you are confused. It is key to stabilizing your work and making great outputs. *Beginner Friendly - No what ifs-- they will hire you as long as you are getting proactive and make them see your worth as an employee. That will drive them more to guide you and give you training. Managers are not selfish when it comes to knowledge.
Cons
It is a good company for beginners and sometimes when a beginner learns a lot, they might not think to move on. Nothing much I can say as its a really good company.
