Tender Home Health has a welcoming and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed. The team is collaborative, and management is approachable, creating a positive workplace culture. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the opportunity for professional growth. I've gained valuable knowledge and experience in my role, and I'm especially grateful for the guidance and mentorship of my director, Robert Sunga, and our CEO, Sonny Sandel. Their leadership, willingness to share their knowledge, and continuous support have helped me develop both professionally and personally. Their encouragement has given me the confidence to take on new challenges and continue expanding my skills. I also appreciate the trust and flexibility given to employees, as well as the company's commitment to providing quality care while valuing the contributions of its staff.
Cons
As the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving, so occasional adjustments are necessary. Continued improvements in communication and workflow standardization would make day-to-day operations even more efficient.
