      Pros

      Full time employee salary was decent.

      Cons

      The way they spoke to and treated employees was inappropriate. We were disposable, lied to and gaslighted. Also was never offered benefits even though I was a full time employee. Also never got paid time off and was told I owed them money because I didn’t see the amount of patients they wanted me to see.

      Fast pace work environment. Great leadership. Trust and track type of culture. Family oriented. Fulfilling career opportunity focused in health care.

      Cons

      Can be extremely hectic at times. Understaffed for a quick developing company. High expectations from upper management.

      Pros

      I have been working here at Tender Home Health for over 10 years and have watched this company grow and thrive. The management team really cares about its staff members and patients and really works towards a culture that I have not seen in other agencies.

      Cons

      Going through some growing pains, but I'm sure this team will ensure a smooth transition
