      Pros

      Super smart people Interesting work if you have the right clients Pays quite well Top class thought leadership perspectives and insights Solid on the job learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Long hours and big egos. every man for himself culture. Credit taking, politics, sidelining, berating and mocking colleagues publicly are often acceptable behaviors. Integrity not embedded as a value. No clear pathway for advancement but that did seem to be getting better and the firm is trying to create better internal systems.

      Not a Place to Learn and Grow, Only for the Already Accomplished, You Will Work Long Hours for Nothing

      Pros

      Great clients and substantive assignments. Everyone is smart, hardworking, and pleasant. Senior executives with great experience. Growing company. If you're already 10 years into your career, this is a great opportunity.

      Cons

      No real opportunities to learn or grow, No work-life balance, Junior staff is unappreciated & underpaid. The firm's strategy is to hire highly successful people from around the world and bring them into one organization. No plans on developing great talent from within or helping people succeed. 60+ hour work weeks with below-average compensation. Very passive-aggressive culture and poor internal communications. Talk is very cheap here.

      Great culture, taking care of the employees( arranging food delivery to home when quarantined, offer mental health 1-on-1 consulting classes for free)

      Cons

      A company still growing, so expect less mentor structure
