No support from upper leadership No communication from leadership about up coming changes or discussions. To much out sourcing for billing. NO TRAINING for position. You have to figure everything out yourself. Pay is way below average

Excellent healthcare providers & coworkers.

Cons

Directives from leadership team and corporate office does nothing but pile work on clinic staff that is already stretched too thin. Insurance requirements & processes requires time & detail & does not align with the corporate office very low FTE per provider ratio. This does nothing but delay patient care & allow patients to go to other clinics outside of Tenet.

Flexible schedule due to being salary and managing multiple offices. You can plan your week around which office needs the most attention at that time.

Cons

Leadership is very hands-off until something goes wrong. Then they want to act like you've had the support you need. Very poor training. Must be able to research and figure things out yourself.
