Only pro is the true American hard workers.

Cons

Due to financial ruin Tenet is now outsourcing American outpatient coder positions to outside countries. Our personal payment, health, identifies and SSN will be available to Philippines.

Pros

Enjoy working at the facility with the patients and staff. Everyone is very friendly and love to help each other .

Cons

Management is out for themselves and in it for the title and the money. Doesn't care about staff and thc concerns they have. HR needs to listen on the staff level. They might learn why staff is leaving continually. Unable to keep supervisors due to poor management
