Pros

DMC was bought out by Tenet Health, and when you are job hunting now you have more internal job postings that are available to you.

Cons

With so many changes in leaderships, some departments are unorganized and supervisors are difficult. I worked with an amazing department, but I was so overworked, then went to another department liked the job but management is ridiculous.

Pros

Okay benefits. The ten corporate holidays are nice, although ten days of PTO at employee's discretion would be better. The people are generally friendly, as long as it's in their self-interest to be.

Cons

Basically everything they "sold" me on in the interview turned out to be either untrue or unlikely to ever happen. Little room for job growth, and if there is room, management will be happy to give you the "promotion" with increased responsibility and half the salary/job grade they were prepared to give someone from outside the company.

Competitive pay, very little travel, great co-workers, work from home most of the time

Cons

Upper leadership is terrible!! Reactive and blame their teams. Directors do not even get along! Drowning in process that change whenever the upper management wants it to. Takes your vacation time for sick days. No time given back for excessive overtime worked. No appreciation for hard work. No opportunities for advancement unless your a director. HR is worthless...no follow through when issues are taken to them.
