Bullying, Harassment, Favoritism from Directors

Pros

DBHC is a great place to work if you like being bullied, harassed, micromanaged, threatened with being flexed and written up.

Cons

DBHC directors and managers care about themselves and will throw you under any car, bus, or train coming. If anyone speaks up about being over ratio, illegal activity, nurse misconduct, sexual harassment claims, you will on their target list and told you are not allowed to go to HR or advocate/ union because at the end of the day, the hospital and the money comes first and everybody else.

Benefits used to be great. Now it’s impossible to afford insurance for your family.

Pay is decent but not enough for the amount of work you do.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid while the higher up’s take multiple vacations a year and big bonuses. The people getting the work done get Pennie’s as compensation for their work. Not ok.
