HR is NOT trustworthy. They literally railroaded me and cost me my job. I was treated unethically. My manager attempted to intervene and was reprimanded for it. I will never recommend this employer because no matter how much I actually loved my job, the HR department is so unethical I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone work here. I've tried to report their behavior but so far have not found a good avenue for it. I did call out a lot of violations on the exit survey, but so far the "compliance officer" that was supposed to reach out to me has not done so.

Inefficient backend support processes, obsolete and antiquated systems that make it difficult to do common tasks, inconsistent support and communication from central business office on resolving issues that arise, little interest in assessing and improving processes but instead seemingly content to maintain the status quo for the sake of "adhering to the process", essentially more of a process oriented organization than people oriented one
