      Pros

      Pay is decent and comparable.

      Cons

      Don't get the work days that you put in for. They can't keep a manager. Can't keep full time staff so they supplement with an agency. Come into shift and have to do what they never got done plus all your responsibilities. Pt ratios and acuities are very high & good luck getting help from charge nurses.

      No holidays if and constant overtime

      Good pay, work remotely, equipment provided, decent benefits.

      Cons

      No holidays off, constant long hours of overtime, no time off unless you make up missing hours.

The healthcare industry - while extremely rewarding - does present some challenges when it comes to schedules. As we encourage all employees to take their PTO, scheduling in advance is recommended, whenever possible.

      Free ice water, nice building, nothing more

      Cons

      This place was horrible. Uncomfortable work environment, surrounded by morbidly obese people who treat each other like garbage. RUN AWAY FAST
