      Pros

      The people here are helpful & we all try to assist each other. The culture among employees is good.

      Cons

      There is not enough staff on the units. The administration howls loud & long about the fact that press-ganys are down. They ignore the obvious reason, not enough people! Just telling nurses & pcas to run faster won't work!

      Pros

      The office culture is that of hard work. You're expected to deliver, but you're also well compensated for your talent. The company values good ethics. Time off is flexible, and most of the work is done remotely. Depending on the team you work for, personal growth is available for you. Promotions are handed out where deserved. There is a merit pay increase each year.

      Cons

      It's a very fast paced environment, and if you perform below a certain level of performance, you're going to be let go. Many folks put in way over 40 hours in order to get the job done.

      Everyone is really "nice" and helpful. Small group that enjoy each other's personal stories.

      Cons

      To survive everyone brown noses up to the charge nurse. If your values are greater than backstabbing and psychological intimidation than They will shun you from the group.
