Work hours and retirement are the only things they have to offer

Cons

There's no job stability. You can be fired for any reason but then they will lie when they have to put something down. Ex: Didn't follow directions. It's so political. I know 4 others who were fired from my department with the same vague answer. What on earth?! Terrible, toxic place to work.

The State of TN is a great place to work. You get to meet a lot of top notch representatives and will get the chance to assist them. They have great opportunities and the turn over rate is high in my dept.
