Mostly well meaning people but many problems

Benefits are improving and great policies for treating employees fairly and respectfully.

Cons

The policies for respect are not well followed by some people and staff have few options when managers are those being disrespectful. Lots of bullying by certain managers. The method of providing staff raises are supposed to be based on performance, but it’s a poorly applied. The lack of properly awarding high breeds mediocrity. Why does anyone want to work harder when they will receive the same as those not doing the same amount of work?

Pay could always improve Upper management micro manages and is unwilling to believe in and trust their workers to do their jobs. There are opportunities for career growth but it's limited if you don't care to be a manager.
