Getting to work on new cars is a plus, employee turnover rate is high so you get to meet new people often

Management, pay, you have to stay even if there's no work, a lot of immature people. Usually a set schedule

None. The only thing good was that they provided food on saturdays.

Cons

Management. Pay. Benefits. Foundation. Will get onto you for walking into the dealership or using the bathrooms that are in the dealership. Pretty much you get less rights until you prove to be as good as the people that have been there longer and I'm white!
