I worked for Teph seal on a ct branch and I will tell you this .worst managers ever saw in my life ,I never saw a big companie actually set them set them self up for failure , Is the managers not the company cause it is a big company ,no lie I liked the way Teph seal pay and offers because I am a very strong detailer and recontioner ,but when I saw how easy managers that didn't know not one clue of the type of buisness there managing that's when it comes in and the higher rank over due the regular employer ,j went through war dealing whith them ,but my war kept consistent in working hard , they are racist and rather take credit for what you did or they will feel like they don't need you anymore ,is not even a good place to work cause what you work for the next man is debating on if he should take from you with out you knowing.knowing that we still have people reconsidering someone that's a difrent races other then joust your preference ,All lives matter and we all deserve fair chances!
