      Great culture, work-life balance, and work variability, and profit-sharing.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for younger employees who have been there for a while. Further changes to the compensation model will lead to trouble retaining younger talent as they lowball their younger veterans. Little from for growth as hire positions are typically taken by older people who aren't going anywhere.
