Pay $18 per hour and supply all equipment

Cons

Training is fast and doesn't properly prepare you to going live with actual customers. Good luck getting a hold of a Supervisor or team leader. You're pretty much on your own and have to rely on support from peers via chat.

Technicians were rude when calling . Management did not adhere to company policies when dealing with rude customers. Very disorganized at times.
