      Great opportunity but only okay pay

      Pros

      Terracon is amazing at putting opportunity in front of young engineers and supporting their career aspirations. Promotions are merit based and non-biased. They're also very innovative and try to stay on the edge of using new technologies.

      Cons

      The benefits are below average as well as the pay.

      It's a large firm, there are some cons that come with that. However, they truly try to be the best at people.

      "Explorers Who Care"- living it out

      Pros

      Values that go beyond profits, experienced & inclusive leadership. Kick-butt CEO who casts vision that feels exciting and attainable. Employee-ownership program is also a great way to save those pennies and survive some of those economic dips.

      Cons

      The work can be challenging and require a growth mindset.
