      Very safety focused

      Pros

      Due to some not so private incidents that happened a few years back, Terracon has become very safety focused with all aspects of the business. Working there was a privilege and knowing you are safe is an incentive.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything. They were an overall well rounded group.

      Minimal pay, little support/advancement for most employees, dangerous work w/o proper investment in safety training

      My time at Terracon

      Pros

      Supervisors listen to employees. Safety is always number one. My supervisors always treated me with respect, and treated me like a family member. Company vehicle provided with gas card. Boots and various other safety equipment provided by company. I probably gained 20 pounds from how much this company fed me over the last 3 years.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little better. I don’t really have much else on this.
