      relative flexible, good work environment, lots of learning opportunities, lots of work.

      Cons

      Work load is too high sometime, work and life balance is challenging, salary is not too competitive.

      It’s alright

      Pros

      Free lunches, and the ability to get started in a career, and provides paid for Certifications. Very Welcoming upon Employment, and provides Company Vehicle

      Cons

      Management was horrible, expects you to preform material testing with little to no training provided. Promises a lot of things, that end up never being provided.

      Company mostly good, work a lot

      Pros

      Flexible schedule (currently), as long as you're mostly available during normal business hours. For me, my direct supervisors are awesome. As long as you have a brain and are willing to work a lot, you can make it. Also a very strong focus on safety.

      Cons

      High level management has unrealistic expectations that trickle down. Long hours. Bigger corporation = less value for lower-level workers, and Terracon is growing fast. Double-edged sword. For environmental, there's lots of little frustrating things. It's just because it's consulting, but training is not something they like to do often because the low chargeability of trainees hurts their flawed measurement system.
