      Not really any good reason to work here.

      Cons

      Bait and switch work from home policy. Multiple tiers of micromanagers. Unreasonable expectations and workload. PTO issued begrudgingly and very boring culture. Everyone who There was either afraid of our manager or had nowhere else to go.

      Pros

      People (not part of the executive team) working there are hard workers and nice for the most part.

      Cons

      -Executive team has not been transparent. -You are expected to work over-time as Terumo is very low in resources (since they had a lot of layoffs) and company expects you to still accomplish all projects on time (after the layoffs). -They don't recognize people who are quiet but work hard organizational-wise. They usually recognize people who talk a lot like they know a lot (but actually don't know much and don't work much) for small accomplishments - it is all about who you know; not what you do.
