Pros

Some colleagues are great to work with. Work/Life balance is good. Benefits are good.

Cons

Highly political culture with managers that look out for themselves. Growth in the company is a function of who are are friends with in the hierarchy. Departments are in silos and there is little collaboration; just finger-pointing. Talent retention is poor. Employee development and opportunity is poor. Company focused on acquisitions and 'me-too' products. Nothing is confidential and any conflict you confide in HR or management about will be used against you.

Pros

Valuable technical experience, interesting work

Cons

NPDQE group has turnover higher than I've ever seen in nearly 15 years in industry. There is a common denominator but nothing has been done about it in 5 years, which is why the group has been washed nearly 3 complete times. Talent acquisition does a great job of recruiting valuable people but once they arrive in NPDQE they run away quickly due to toxicity under the manager. If you value your career, be it entry level or senior, stay far away from this group specifically. Other groups at TMC Elkton are just fine.
