Overtime and a lot of hours

Cons

Absolutely no life work balance. Horrible training and managers do not care about employees safety at all. When you ask managers for help with anything or bring up any concerns they will easily brush you off. Managers never did there job correctly. Very physically demanding and mentally draining. Always getting yelled at for doing something so minor incorrect even when no training was received.
