Pros

Long hours so we were able to get a lot of work done when it came to installing the battery racks.

Cons

Due to the fast pace of the work environment, there were a lot of injuries.

Pros

When it was Solarcity panel pay, we had work and the pay was 45k to 70k per year. Travel pier diem, still jobs in AZ and opening up in Vegas.

Cons

There's no jobs here now. Have to travel to make good money for now. The hourly rate is low and they do not offer raises only promotions to top performers/brown nosers.
