Tesla stock, Salary, and opportunity for advancement were strong. Training was very thorough.

Cons

Regional management did not ensure safety protocols were followed. Site supervisors were ambivalent of procedure and company protocol, creating a very unsafe work environment. Untrained employees were instructed to perform tasks they were not qualified to do, risking the safety of others. A person fell off a roof when this occurred. I could not trust my coworkers to follow the rules and was at risk whenever working from heights.
