      Pros

      Santa Barbara office: People are supportive, honest and friendly. This goes a very long way in my book.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Favoritism. Lower pay for immigrants is true statement from other prior employer, and I'm not immigrant.

      Pros

      The company has a great benefit package, extremely generous time off plans (you start out getting 3 weeks a year) and over all a good culture with a lot of people in various offices that are people oriented.

      Cons

      Silo effect. Costantly mentioned in middle management. It's hard to get information from other divisions or offices if you don't personally know someone in one of those offices and if you're working on a proposal it's nearly impossible to know if someone in another office has the skills you need to get the work. It's too scattered.
