      Pros

      -Colleagues were great. -Opportunity and experience assisting disaster recovery efforts is a plus. -Pay was good for younger (inexperienced) employees.

      Cons

      -Management was not at all experienced. -Those who were experienced weren't great at being communicating with staff. ---Though conjectural, speculation of misappropriations and HR issues from contractors and employees.

      Pros

      Easy to get hired and start with a lot of rewarding work

      Cons

      Impossible to move up or even get a decent raise. So your research on how a career in consultant works. It is a different world. And Tetra tech is to the extreme a consulting job. To make it you ha e to work 100 hours a week.

      Very bottom line focused Quality of engineering work varied by discipline No corporate quality program No corporate standards Terrible on boarding Passive aggressive management Cronie management team at the head of my operating unit Not enough experts willing to share knowledge for “top enr” firm
