Pros

Decentralized firm means teams (~200 folks) largely operate autonomously with little micromanaging from corporate. My team is fantastic. My role has expanded with experience and development to work with multiple teams. Pay is excellent and increases according to economy and merit. Managers are supportive. Work is constantly on fire, which suits me.

Cons

Resources provided by corporate (databases for managing projects) are developed in-house and not super sophisticated. Do not meet needs. We have been using 3rd party software for project mgmt that has just become outrageously expensive, so forced to find another solution. Wish we had a reliable option provided by the company.
