      Pros

      I literally have nothing good to say about this sorry excuse for a company. They treat their high-skilled employees as if they are disposable.

      Cons

      As part-time, they expect you to work around their schedule while dragging you along with hours that aren't guaranteed and leave you barely scraping by to pay bills. Management promises works and it falls through. Horrible organization!

      Pros

      Interesting project sites. Traveling time counts as working hours and there are a variety of high-tech tools at your disposal.

      Cons

      Abysmal training. Poor communication between management. Compensation is much lower than the industry standard (by 25%+). There is a clear favoritism at work. Very hostile towards entry-level employees. No paid holidays and vacation time is sometimes used as a substitute for days where work isn't available. Not a good company if you value job security. Once the projects slow down, so do the hours.
