      Some interesting projects, if you can actually get involved in them.

      Cons

      Very disorganized, competing offices that try to sell "one Tetra Tech". Poor Senior management that does not know what goes on in regional offices.

      There are none. It is a poorly managed firm. They do not provide proper staff training or mentoring and do not communicate well to staff.
