      Great for your resume, below standard pay

      Pros

      Putting Tt on your resume is decent since they're well-known in the consulting industry.

      Cons

      Depending on your department and your supervisor, pay could be well below industry standards. Sometimes the projects are non-technical. This is a huge company though, and many offices often handle different aspects of engineering, so it's a toss-up what your group will be like.

      Pros

      Lots of backlog and a variety of work projects available to employees. Most managers have been with Tt for the long term. Respected company by peer companies. Flexibility in work location.

      Cons

      Pressure from headquarters in CA. Acquisitions hard to digest within overall company. Many contracts are federal government based so you are dependent on politics for work.

      Great company, lousy office

      Pros

      Can be interesting and varied work, but depends on your role.

      Cons

      The management in the King of Prussia office is atrocious. It's one of the saddest places I've ever worked. No one is happy there. There is no mentoring of any kind and no career advancement. Both managers are too busy to make time for employees and find them work.
