      Managers are not organized need to prove commitment to ' non discrimination environment' They hire coop and internship because it is cheaper for them and fire people who have experience Don't consider this company for work

      Very stable job, good hours, benefit package is fair, basically this is all

      Cons

      Very limited or no grow opportunity, vacation package seems less than what the market is, no connection between employees and management, not a good place to grow
