      They don’t put you under pressure

      Cons

      As EIT , you not allowed to be involved in report preparing, there are some discriminations between EIT . EITs should be involved in doing different task , payment is not satisfying , specifically for city like Vancouver in which cost of living is so high

      Pros

      Tetra Tech globally does a lot of impactful projects. If you like to work overtime and get paid, they run lean so upper management can get their bonus that is not shared with the rest of the team actually doing the heavy lifting.

      Cons

      Awful leadership at the operating unit level, awful work ethics, zero professionalism.
