      Some of the projects were interesting The safety director was nice

      Cons

      Rampant bullying Ridiculous, outdated management tools Total lack of team spirit Always felt like ‘a number’ No employee initiatives (lots of lip service!) Politics and cliques depending on location in country.

      It's a good consultant company to start your career.

      But overall in the vanoucver office, there isn't stable business model built. there fore, lots senior staffs left.

      The fact that it’s located in Mississauga

      Pay you the bare minimum to keep you from walking out. Only way to get a pay increase is fetching another job offer. Neanderthal management, spend more time harassing interns than working. PR nightmare in the works stay tuned...
