Business Outlook
Pros
Great office culture. Never had to deal with office politics. Flexibility to work on the schedule you need as long as you get your work done and meet your hours quota. Interesting work. Colleagues are friendly and helpful
Cons
There is a lot of flexibility, but the pay is correspondingly lower. As with all consulting jobs, work fluctuates from too much to too little depending on how much work we win.
