      Job Security. Within the Nuclear Industry at least.

      Cons

      Poor management. Project Managers have no idea what they're doing. Win contracts by bidding short schedules that include excessive OT hours and weekend work. No work-life balane whatsoever, ESPECIALLY with COVID. It's expected that you're available 24/7. Each discipline has 60-80 people with one manager overseeing - not structured properly whatsover. Culture is toxic. Everyone undermines each other, even in front of clients.
