Pros
This is a very friendly organisation with a strong sense of team and a strong set of values. Team members are bright and committed to their work and to supporting their colleagues. People work hard on a range of interesting assignments and enjoy a relatively high degree of freedom to drive forward their projects as they see fit. Thursday night drinks in the kitchen are valued by the team.
Cons
Since COVID staff are tending to work more at home, although there is a commitment to come into the office a couple of times a week. This has it's pros and cons. It can be more efficient to work at home but face-to-face interaction has significant benefits.
