nothing to add, In Richmond office, there is a strong Iranian group which does not allow any outsiders to work, support their people, play dirty politics, management does not seem to be concerned about it.

Cons

company with people at the high level playing politics. No motivation. Fire and Hire policy.

Can be interesting and varied work, but depends on your role.

Cons

The management in the King of Prussia office is atrocious. It's one of the saddest places I've ever worked. No one is happy there. There is no mentoring of any kind and no career advancement. Both managers are too busy to make time for employees and find them work.
