Can be interesting and varied work, but depends on your role.

Cons

The management in the King of Prussia office is atrocious. It's one of the saddest places I've ever worked. No one is happy there. There is no mentoring of any kind and no career advancement. Both managers are too busy to make time for employees and find them work.

Pros

Great technical experience in each branch of the company. Variety of experience opportunities in many faucets of civil engineering.

Cons

Each branch or group is very independent; almost it's own company. Working for a variety of groups is not encouraged or easily done. Certain groups have difficult/ill defined growth paths taking the next steps as an engineering professional.

Great and friendly people, it used to be a very good work environment, decent benefit package

Cons

Management doesn't do a very good job. People are treated as things, asked to work ot while not charging ot, no salary increase but nice bonuses for management, they've become a one client company, work environment has dramatically decreased. While they claim to have flex hours, lately they make people come in to work at a certain time, no earlier nor later than 8am. If you charge ot you get called to a manager's office to question you, if you charge overhead the same things happen. BD is really bad, they have no idea of how getting new projects. There is a disconnection with normal employees
