      Pros

      Good company with great people. Top notch environmental consulting. There are a wide variety of interesting projects. Good benefits comparable to other similar companies. Positive working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Inter-office/business unit competition can interfere with business development as some offices/regions claim clients and don't share work or proposal opportunities. Has some of the typical bureaucracies associated with a large, public company.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Good working atmosphere, most of the frustration stems from people wanting to do a good job. better transparency than most other companies I worked at before.

      Cons

      Need more structure and procedures. Project controls needs to be stronger and more trained. need to apply annual performance reviews.

      Pros

      Work a lot of hours weekly, anywhere from 60-80 hrs per week. Lots of overtime and the pay is weekly.You also meet a lot of people at work and it's a laid back atmosphere .

      Cons

      Low hourly rate, $11 per hour and only $1 per diem per work hour for gas allowance. You will use a LOT of gas per week commuting throughout the city. Position is only temporary and can end at any time.
