      Good people, lots of work but little downtime

      Pros

      Consistent workload if job not seasonal dependent. Most people are friendly. Annual raises. Good flex time policy

      Cons

      No sick or holiday pay, or raise in towp accrual after 10 years. Hard to take time off. Don't feel supported by most upper management, which has to do with large structure of many individual operating units who you compete against as much as work with.

      Pros

      Excellent opportunities to learn and grow in the fields of emergency response, environmental remediation, multimedia sampling, and project management.

      Cons

      Severely unbalanced employee evaluation process. Field responsibilities skewed to a small group. The same small group picks up the slack for the rest of the company not willing to do extra work.

      Pros

      By the time I left there weren't really any. Starting out it a was ok, but the longer I was there the worse it got.

      Cons

      Poor communication. Management doesn't listen. HR will change your timecard without telling you. So much shady stuff while I was there.
