      Learn new skills with assigned tasks, more in-depth development of current abilities and skills, utilize problem solving abilities, good team work

      Cons

      Communication skills needed improvement with the different teams and groups as many were left out of the loop which affects how things are dealt with or responded to.

      A very good company to work for with lots of highly educated people. Tetra Tech is one of the leading firms working in international development in the world.

      Cons

      Tetra Tech could do a better job of trying to retain qualified people after a project ends. Also, not much internal professional development growth.
