      The company is filled with a number of good, high quality individuals if you are willing to spend the time trying to find them.

      Cons

      The corporate structure is that of a number small organizations forced together as a conglomerate with very little corporate identity. This creates an environment of infighting for work when that would be more beneficially directed outward.

      The company basically expects piece work. Everything is chronically under-budgeted, and employees are expected to put in half the time off the clock to make up the difference.
