      - Interesting projects compared to most consultancies in the UK; - Role can be as varied as you would like it to be, and based on your experience to date; - Competitive salary; - Good benefits, with private healthcare options, insurance, and option to purchase/sell annual leave as required; - Minimal hierarchy in practice, all staff very open to direct lines of communication to discuss concerns or suggestions regardless of level.

      - Lack of standardisation in terms of working between offices (no standard templates for project calculations etc.) - Communication between offices can be low depending on work teams.
