      Pros

      Company typically has a lot of federal work and you stay busy. Projects are challenging and many high quality people work there. Is a good place to cut your teeth.

      Cons

      Little upward mobility. You are asked to work more than typical 40 hours but not allowed to bill that time, so there is no way to track your work and you "donate" hours.

      Pros

      Easy going culture - my manager was very hands off, which was normally OK, except for when it comes to career mentoring, providing work, and professional development.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, everyone was pigeon holed into 1 or 2 types of projects
